TurboCourtis an interactive, Internet-based program used to assist individuals complete the agency forms needed for requesting services and a variety of other issues.
The program empowers child support agencies to be more responsive and cost-efficient in handling the public's filing of applications to request services.
TurboCourt enables child support agencies to obtain more accurate and complete information right from the start of the application process.
The program asks the user simple questions about their issue. The questions presented are specific to each user's situation, that is, the questions that are asked dynamically change based on the user's responses to previous questions. This provides a very personal experience for each individual. The user's responses are then used to complete only those forms required by the agency for each particular situation.
Applicants can choose to electronically deliver their forms directly to the agency for faster, more convenient service. Automated email notifications keep the applicant informed of the status of their application
The program is also available in Spanish with or without e-Filing.
