TurboCourt is a suite of interactive, Internet-based programs to assist self-represented litigants complete legal forms for a variety of issues.
These programs empower courts to be more responsive and cost-efficient in handling the public's filing of legal forms.
TurboCourt enables courts to obtain more accurate and complete information right from the start of the filing process.
Each program asks the user simple questions about their issue. The questions presented are specific to each user's situation, that is, the questions that are asked dynamically change based on the user's responses to previous questions. This provides a very personal experience for each individual. The user's responses are then used to complete only those forms required by the court for their case type.
The TurboCourt programs encompass Family Law, Small Claims, Unlawful Detainer (evictions), and Guardianship Probate. Other areas of pro se, including Domestic Violence, are planned for in the near future.
