INTRESYS will participate in the NCSEA's 57th Annual Conference & Expo in San Francisco, CA, August 3-7, 2008. At Booth #??, INTRESYS will demonstrate its latest expansion to the California Application for Child Support Services that now includes new pathways for Review and Adjustment (Modifications). These new pathways are available to both the custodial and non-custodial parties. INTRESYS will also showcase its Spanish child support application which is available with e-Filing.
In addition, the company will also participate in the event's Technology Kiosk. INTRESYS will host an educational session titled, Internet Extends Child Support Services to Customers While Improving Agency Performance, to be held Wednesday, August 6, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Session description:
The Internet is becoming a reliable tool for reaching both English and non-English speaking client populations. More and more people today look for access to the child support system that continues to grow in complexity. Declining and over-stretched resources have led the child support community to look for alternative methods for attracting clients that would not otherwise use the service, while providing information and improving agency performance.
Come hear how a group of California Departments of Child Support have met the demand for services by using the Internet, allowing them to reduce the time necessary to establish cases and process those cases more efficiently.
In this session you will learn what tools are being used to provide services over the web, such as interactive forms, tutorials, and self-help applications. There will also be a discussion on risks and benefits.
