INTRESYS provides a comprehensive benefits package for all eligible employees. These benefits represent a large investment by INTRESYS in our highly valued employees.

Health / Dental / Vision Insurance
INTRESYS recognizes the needs of employees for financial protection in the event of illness or injuries that result in medical expense and loss of income. For this reason, we have selected Kaizer Permanente to provide high quality, comprehensive medical insurance coverage for our employees and their dependents. The cost, coverage, eligibility requirements, and conversion privileges of each plan will be explained in detail during new employee orientation. New employees will be provided a copy of the Summary Plan Description for each plan elected after you or your dependents become covered.

Vacation & Sick Leave
Full-time employees are eligible to accrue paid vacation on a pro-rated basis. Vacation hours begin accruing on the date of hire. INTRESYS offers its employees 10 workdays of vacation leave and 10 days of sick leave each year for the first 3 years of employment. After 3 years, employees will receive 15 days of vacation per year. An employee's vacation time vests when it is accrued and can be carried over to future calendar years if not taken. Sick time, however, does not accrue.

Performance Reviews & Salary Increases
The CEO or Vice President of INTRESYS will conduct informal performance reviews upon need, typically twice a year. Merit increases will be determined by the President or Vice President at the time of the performance review.

National Holidays
INTRESYS observes ten (10) paid company holidays per year on designated national holidays.

Family Leave
INTRESYS provides unpaid family medical leaves for up to twelve weeks within a two-year period, subject to company terms and conditions outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Individual Retirement Plan
Through payroll deductions, employees may contribute to the IRA Plan up to a maximum annual contribution amount (set by the IRS). New employees are eligible to begin contributions after 1 year past their start date. INTRESYS will match employee contributions up to 3% of their salary.

Stock Option Program
INTRESYS employees may be eligible for stock option grants during their tenure with the company. Contact the INTRESYS Personnel Department for further details.

Group Life Insurance
INTRESYS purchases a Group Life Insurance plan to cover all regular full-time employees. Employees may also purchase additional coverage.

COBRA - Continuation of Benefits
Under the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) of 1985, in the event of termination of employment with INTRESYS or loss of eligibility to remain covered under our group health insurance program, employees and eligible dependents may have the right to continued coverage under our health insurance program for a limited period of time at their own expense.

Account Executive

INTRESYS is looking for an outgoing individual to manage our sales initiatives. The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy aimed at building company revenue
  • Identifying, facilitating and closing new business opportunities
  • Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and technical architecture, industry characteristics and competitive environment
  • Creating new relationships and exploring new sources of revenue
  • Coordinating team sales presentations
  • Coordinating responses to RFPs & RFQs
  • New account management in order to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Candidate Profile:
    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT/technology industry with 2+ years of sales experience with a successful track record of quota achievement and leadership. This person will be a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with strong written and spoken communication skills and will have the ability to manage his/her own workflow in an extremely fast-paced environment. BA/BS degree required, MBA a plus. Willingness to travel also a plus.
